I haven't bothered to try hard to to breed Reeves Turtles up. I used to release adult Reeves into environmentally appropriate ponds so they can breed up by themselves. First and foremost, seeing the increase of Reeves in the nature is the happiest thing a turtle-lover has in his mind.
I know that breeding isn't that hard thing to do. I tried to put this pair together. As usual, my a male "Moses" is constantly courting a female.
They seem to be looking very comfortably getting along without any tension at all.
Maybe, someday in the next late spring, I'm hoping that she will be laying some eggs.
